We do not abandon the office at 6:00 pm every day. You will find a CNET employee to help you when you need help.

On an easy day for us, that just means continental states. When necessary, we are also in communication with Hawaii. Oh…and that’s just domestic research. We don’t stop there. Whatever time-zone you need info from, we will get it for you with a smile.
